KLeasing delivers electric shuttle vehicles to Lumpini Recreation Center, bringing greater happiness to city residents and promoting the K OK auto loan platform
Recently, at Lumpini Park, Bangkok, Mr. Rungruang Sukkirdkijpiboon, President, KASIKORNBANK PCL. (KBank), and Mr. Tirachart Chiracharasporn, Managing Director, KASIKORN LEASING Co., Ltd. (KLeasing), jointly delivered five electric shuttle vehicles and various electrical equipment, with a total value of 335,550 Baht, to the Lumpini Recreation Center. Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, received the vehicles and equipment on behalf of the center.
The project aims to provide residents equitable access to the services of the Lumpini Recreation Center by offering shuttle services between the recreation center and the entrances to Lumpini Park. The service is particularly intended to support older adults coping with limited mobility, as Thailand transitions towards an aging society. At the same time, the project promotes the use of clean energy within Lumpini Park, in line with KBank’s sustainability approach and its continued commitment to advancing ESG initiatives. It also underscores KLeasing’s role as a leader in electric vehicle financing while raising awareness of the K OK digital platform.
The event also featured an aerobic workout session under the theme, “Move with Fun, Share the Happiness,” inviting Bangkok residents to exercise and stay healthy together to the song, “K OK Na Ka.” The track is inspired by K OK, a digital platform that helps customers assess their auto loan credit limits within five minutes, and is built around the concept, “Check First, OK First.” The platform enables customers to plan their vehicle purchases more conveniently and choose a car that aligns with their financial and repayment capabilities, in line with the Responsible Lending guidelines of the Bank of Thailand. This initiative reflects the collaboration between the public and private sectors in promoting wellness, supporting accessible mobility, and sustainably enhancing the quality of urban life.
Note:
Please carefully consider your needs and repayment capability. Effective interest rates are charged at 3.82-10% p.a.
According to the Bank of Thailand’s Notification No.3/2568 Re: Regulations on Responsible Lending, service providers must create and control advertisements with content that is “accurate, comprehensive and clear,” allows for comparison of terms, interest rates, and fees, and “does not encourage excessive borrowing.” This is to ensure that customers receive and sufficiently understand necessary information from advertisements to make informed decisions on using products, and to promote financial discipline.
KBank and its wholly owned subsidiaries request cooperation from media outlets in disseminating press releases that mention loan repayments/loan services, credit card loans, and installment payments. Please ensure that any warnings included in the news are accurate and in accordance with the Bank of Thailand’s guidelines.
